Data Files
As part of Character Mailing Services [Direct Mail Centre] continued investment program, we are providing our clients with a GDPR & ISO 27001:2015 compliant file transfer application. This will provide you with a secure end-to-end AES 256 military grade encryption to ensure your data is protected in transit. For further data protection, Character will still upload proofs to the system with password protection, with the password following on the next email.
To send files simply select the group (if you are associated with multiple groups) and then select the people you wish to include in the transfer. If this is for live work always select your account manager and data@charactermailing.co.uk. Also, to increase the level of security we would recommend that you still password protect any data supplied, and email the password separately. Once the reference and message are completed, select the number of days you wish the link to last and click Send.
